I installed this app almost a month ago and asked for help to get it implemented correctly as it currently doesn't work.
Communication isn't so great, i send emails and messages and receive no response. The app is not working for me on my store and there is no urgency to getting it fixed/

There was a misunderstanding - the app was installed on a non-live theme for review and client notified. Looks like it got missed and the theme was never published, hence not showing up on the live store.

This app was really helpful for our store. It solved the issue being able to invoice customers and our B2B stores by having outstanding draft orders easily viewable on the account page. Being able to send automated reminders also helps us get invoices paid efficiently.

Support was great when I had an issue setting up reminders. It would be great if they added a few more features like better analytics and being able to see when customers view invoices, but overall its a solid app.

This app was EXACTLY what we needed to remedy all of our issues with customers never receiving draft orders (which are price quotes for our custom products) via email, inadvertently deleting them or having to hunt them down in a saturated inbox. Now, they simply login and see all of their quotes in one place (the customer account page!) and can quickly and easily purchase. Best of all, the team at Conspire is super responsive, quick to provide assistance and open to feedback. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thanks guys! We found an issue with how Shopify handles deleted draft orders and pushed an update that unfortunately caused issues for new installs only. Working to resolve this and will circle back shortly to complete the install for you =)

Update: Emailed requesting collaborator access, so as to help with the install. After following up a couple times to get required access approval, the emails started bouncing back from the merchant's email address as undeliverable.
