Good app for quick file to be downloaded by customer. Support is very fast and kind. You can put multiple files for free so it's really cool for beginner
Just getting started Live Chat walked me through all the features AWESOME!! Very Helpful. Answered all my questions
At first I had some issues being able to actually use the app once downloaded to shopify. I went to the developers website and used their 24/7 chat function, that then turned to email chat once I'd given details for them to investigate. After trying a restarting the browser (safari), restarting my laptop and it still didn't work, they suggested to try a different browser (chrome) and it all worked! This was being dealt with at 9pm UK time, so I really do appreciate it as I've been able to get it sorted before tomorrow! Definitely considering upgrading to the paid plan, as I know the customer services is the best i've actually received online! Thank you Sarah!
Great App, easy to use, and does the job. The support is great and has helped many times with technical questions. I'm very satisfied.
Initially was happy with it as it did the job. But not impressed when the app was down for a whole day, and no way to contact them (I'm sure we weren't the only ones). Once it was back up and running, downloads weren't being sent out at all for numerous hours. Had client emails asking where their downloads were and had a mad scramble to source an alternative option. Support was non existent and when complained initially, when complained again after being charged for the month, got a rather condescending response completely irrelevant to what I was talking about, clearly not reading what I was saying. Have since moved on elsewhere as the support response and lack of has put us off.

We checked the day that you told about a down whole day but all the files were sent in the same day within minutes. We are very sad to see your review after stating the system was down and demanding a free month gift even after you continued to use the app after this period. Works very well, easy to install and customer support is excellent. No code needed in the liquid, easy to set your emails so they fit the format of the store and got it working in 10 mins. Cant fault it.
Great app and fantastic customer support. In addition, it's very affordable - a lot of bang for your buck. Can't recommend it highly enough: A++!!!!
Excellent customer service. I had some issues and they helped resolve them promptly and everything works perfectly now. I like that that this app is based on storage space and not the number of products I have listed on my site. It works better for our needs and makes it way more cost effective for us.
I use this app for several weeks and I think it is very useful and convenient. Files are uploaded and downloaded quickly.
When I had an issue, the support quickly responded, made adjustments and the problem was solved.
Lässt sich leicht implementieren, es gibt Sicherheitsfeatures für die Dateien und - was mich restlos überzeugt hat - ein Support, der diesen Namen auch verdient. Man spricht miteinander auf Augenhöhe und wird als wertgeschätzter Kunde bis zum Ziel begleitet. Ich bin hochzufrieden!
