Ganz schlimm diese Dreamrobot App, nur Probleme, aber richtig massive Probleme, so dass wir sogar Zahlungsausfälle haben und Bestellungen werden weder übertragen, noch erhalten wir hierfür Support.
Seit 1 Woche warten wir auf eine Antwort bzgl. mehrere unbezahlter Bestellungen, die uns aber durch Dreamrobot als "bezahlt" gekennzeichnet eingegangen sind, so dass die Ware versendet wurde, aber vom ...
Leider ist bei Dreamrobot seit einiger Zeit niemand mehr telefonisch zu erreichen.
Probleme die früher in 5 minuten gelösst würden, ziehen sich jetzt über Wochen hin da gerne standartemails versendet werden die das Problem nicht lösen. Leider zeit für ein neues WAWI Programm.
Katstrophal.
Keine Unterstüzung von Dreamrobot.
Hotline nicht besetzt und werden nur mit Standard Antworten abgespeist.
Zeit um sich umzuschauen nach einem anderen Anbieter :-(
