Awesome product and automation set-up. Great and responsive customer service. While they do have some improvements to make in their production of the product itself, it's hard to argue against the convenience and zero inventory it provides.

CS here is great. They respond within minutes and have the information i need or a place for me to find it. I recommend Dripshipper, the are great for a new startup for information and support.

very happy so far great communication with very attentive staff, app is very easy to use, nice variety of product.
When tagging a pic on Facebook to promote Halloween coffee mugs and Pumpkin Spice, it turns out Facebook algorithms think the coffee is out of stock. It isn't. Pumpkin Spice out of stock in October makes no sense, FB. Dripshipper was on it right away because like me, they get that customer service is paramount. People over algorithms!

The customer service is really helpful, but the business model of Dripshipper is amazing. Dropshipping for coffee and Tea is a great business model, and I like this company.
If you are looking to join the coffee business then Dripshipper US Dropshipping is the way to go. I really love the amazing fast customer service they have.
