I love the app! But CUSTOMER SUPPORT is NOT GOOD. This hurts as a beginner in this line of business.
We've made some big changes to our customer support team. Thank you for your feedback.
I will give 0 for UX design. When creating custom labels you have to select each option and wait it loads before selecting the next option. I made my choices and then product details are completely different! I wrote to "customer support" it's been a week and no answer yet, there is no customer support.... everywhere you read in FAQ sections states "bottom right corner" for live chat.... there is no chat bubble anywhere!!!! I'm just starting with this service and my expectations where far far away from reality. My order says "Queued for production..." no more. There is no information anywhere about many things. You can't add different grinds to the same custom product when using custom labels, you should be able to make groups and then upload them to shopify. I seen pictures of the product and the ones you supply for marketing purposes and are not the same! there is no place to read product specifications before adding custom labels... there is a section "now our products" where nicaraguan coffee si supose to be medium roast and then you add custom label and product details says "LIGHT ROAST".... thats really bad for business!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi there! If you're willing to give us another try we have completely revamped our UI/UX to be SO MUCH BETTER now. Custom labels are a breeze now. Thanks for your feedback!
great finding somewhere to buy my products and custom made my labels to authenticate my business.. still new to the industry and they madre it very easy for me.
Danny is great & is actually willing to help! But Joanna is so frustrating! They would be better off without her dealing with customers. Her communication is terrible, she should be saying “let me figure that out for you” rather than ignoring your question. You ask a simple question & she will give you the wrong answer…. On their physical website my store randomly disconnected.
Absolutely agree. We've made some great changes to our customer support team to make sure we are all being as helpful as possible.

Used this app to begin the build out of a coffee brand. The coffee really is roast to order (can tell by the de-gassing in my samples) and they are quick to respond. Would like a few more bean choices and the ability to switch between all-in shipping pricing and per location shipping but the pros vastly outweigh any cons. Good job guys - keep it up.
I really like this app! So far so good. I do wish shipping and fulfillment was quicker. This is really helping me brand mu business.
Just started using this and it is awesome. This is exactly the kind of forward thinking other dropshippers need to get on.
I orders samples of what my product would look like and it shipped super fast and I love the packaging.
Only comments I would like is more information about the process of roasting and what not to share with customers.
Terrible experience. They charged 100 times for those label rejections. Zero support. Should I mention the printed labels look like a toilet paper in real life? They feel so cheap in your hands I wanted to cry. My home printer does a better job. Also they seem to make money not on selling coffee but on rejecting your labels. Just go to another supplier - save money. Wasted many months on this for nothing.
amazing customer service always willing to help. I am new to this dropship platform and it's always nice to have someone to ask questions to make sure your site and productions are running smoothly.
