Dripshipper: Coffee & Tea

I signed up for this app at $30.00 per month. I then paid them $99 to build my webpage. When I contacted them about the webpage they said they never offer website building for less than $200.00. The "customer rep" told me there was a glitch. They applied the money to my monthly charge instead. After I complained the "customer rep" locked me out of my account altogether. It has been a dream of mine to start up my own coffee business and Dripshipper is 100% helping me accomplish this dream! I just started and I am having so much fun! Every question I had were always always ALWAYS answered. And trust me I asked A LOT of questions! Thank you dripshipper for helping create my dream and thank you for being patient with me!

This is the best app service ever.
Though it wouldn't be a bad idea for them to get some coffee makers in and creamer too.

This app is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. There could be more step-by-step instructions on how to navigate but overall I am extremely pleased with the products. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed the blends that I have tried.

Dont waste your money!! I paid 200$ for them to build me a website. The website contained 1 picture no differentiation between product images and lousy profit margin. Since you have created the site it has generated 0 sales 0.... I have advertised and have had more than 300 people visit my site with ads generating more than 5k views yet still no sales and the advertising costed me money... to be honest I could have made the website myself within 1 day, it took you guys about 12 hours after 5 days of waiting to receive the half made site and even after mentioning issues that I was not happy with for the money I spent on the site and what I received you shrugged it off with multiple emails and didn't change a thing. So I gave it a shot advertised it, fixed your website builders mistakes and still no sales even if I did generate a sale its nothing to be excited about there's a 4-5$ profit per sale no one is going to get rich off that or even support themselves also I'm not going to pay 30$ a month when I can't generate not one sale the site can't even generate enough revenue to pay for the monthly fee you charge, I'm not satisfied or happy at all big waste of money..

save your money and build your own brand, these guys are awful for customer service and not worth the subscription. I suggest you try yourself contact roasters and start dropshipping through them directly.

First, coffee is better than most (actually think it's the best I ever had). Tried 4 different ones. I spent an hour reading all the reviews and it seemed most were 5 star but as always, I focused on the 1 and 3 star reviews to see what the issues are. I did not experience any of the issues in the low star reviews. Everything ships quick. Shipping to any USA address is free, even Alaska and Hawaii. Questions answered quick. Delivery a few days later. Product is fantastic. Packaging is not 'retail grocery store style' but it is what I would expect from mail-order type products being delivered to me. A great place to start and test your ideas before investing tens of thousands into your own coffee operation. $25 monthly fee is more than fair, nearly everything is automated during set-up. I couldn't pay an employee $25 a month to do everything this app does for me 24 hours a day (label printing, roasting, packaging, warehousing, shipping/delivery, order processing, regulatory requirements, etc.). I saw 1 or 2 complain about $25 but it's not even $1 per day. I could never do all this myself for $25 a month. Next I'll touch base on the labels, you can use their default label by simply uploading your logo, there's 6 designs to choose from, or you can pay for custom labels which are 4-color. I didn't do this, I just did the default label (I chose label #3, looked good) so I can't say much about the process of ordering the higher end labels. And finally I'll talk about product pricing. You set it yourself, it shows you the profit margin as you set it to different amounts, which is a time saver. I matched my prices with the quality of the coffee product. I drink a lot of coffee and I pay more for good coffee so my prices are in line with what I pay elsewhere since my target market is a coffee drinker like myself. Overall, I would recommend this to any start-up brand. Don't jump in to this highly regulated business on your own, try this first and build from there. If it works out well move on to your own operation, but if it doesn't work out you just saved thousands that you would have lost if you did all of this yourself the first time around. A+++ for the opportunity to make a real brand.

Very easy app to use. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this app for any aspiring entrepreneurs
