Dripshipper: Coffee & Tea

Love this app! The people are amazing and really want you to succeed. There are calls that you can ask any questions on Thursdays and a group on FaceBook for fellow Dripshippers to come together and share ideas/experiences! The only issue I had was not being able to edit label settings after I submitted it. Not the label itself, which has to be FDA approved, so they charge 2.50 for the approval process. I had just selected the wrong grind for the specific label. Unfortunately, you can't update the grind for a label, but support advised me that on my next monthly charge I'd be refunded. So bravo! I was pleasantly surprised by that. It's not much, but they definitely want to satisfy you as one of their resellers.

First time user. Placed a test order and was wondering if you ship directly the consumer or to the shopify-distributer for them to ship?

This app is amazing, the shipping is super fast. I've used it for about a month now and finally got my first sale! Dripshipper saved me hundreds of dollars probably even thousands in inventory(By not having to buy my own product and packaging). If you're just starting out with your coffee business I would recommend using Dripshipper.

Daniel is an angel! I can't begin to explain how helpful he was. I was having issues with my website that was created for me by a third-party company. I had been speaking with them for days on how to fix the error, to no avail. Then, I suddenly stopped getting contact from the company.

I decided to go onto my app and see if I could possibly get in contact with my dropshipper, Dripshipper (such a clever name). I started speaking with one of the other wonderful ladies at your company and expressed my frustration with the whole process. She was so eager to help that she sent my concern over to Daniel. To be honest, I was afraid that I still wouldn't get to the bottom of what was happening with my site.

Within speaking with Daniel for only a few minutes, he quickly fixed the problem, just like that. I have been looking for help for days and he solved it immediately. My mind was boggled. He was so helpful and answered the trillion other questions that I had. He never seemed impatient, annoyed, or rushed. He took his time and explained everything to me. I am so happy to be able to work with him. I wish I could write 10 more reviews. All this to say that my site is now up and working. Yay!

Though I've only been using this app for a month it functions well and, more importantly, the humans behind it are very helpful when I've had questions, and seem eager to help me grow my subscription business in support of the transitional ministries I manage here in central NC.

Great app for anyone that's always dreamed of having very own small business from home or just their own consumer product without having to provide any start up costs or inventory fees!
