Dripshipper was wonderful with some questions and their customer service answered all our questions! Very, very helpful, all questions resolved immediately. Kudos to Haroon for helping us and making my day.

I would like to keep this app all to myself!
Set up is simple, and I am happy with the labeling choices. This app has been very easy to use, and customer service has been very responsive.

In the future I would like to see the addition of a decaf blend, and a description of what coffees are in the coffee pod blends, and a better description of the flavor profile. I would also like it to be more clear up front which coffees are organic, fair trade, Rain Forest Alliance, etc.

I would also like more information on the coffees themselves, including cultivars, farm origins, process (hand-picked, sun-dried, washed, etc.), as supplying this information to customers is trending with coffee businesses right now.

I thought long and hard about the companies I was willing to use and did a lot of research in regards to finding dripshipper. After ordering a few sample packs my customers and I sampled the product and it was an easy switch. Dripshipper has the absolute freshest coffee with the most varieties on the internet and their roast to order process makes every bag taste like heaven. Well done !!!

You don't have to change the product titles or descriptions with this app which saves you so much time! Thank you Dripshipper!

I’m having a great time with this app so far. It's very easy to use and perfectly stable. The coffee is fantastic! I love the aroma and the taste is just great! This might sound strange to say, but I buy the coffee for myself. In other words, my own product is something I enjoy very much. Rest assured that you will be selling high-quality coffee.

As for customer service, Joanna and Danny are extremely helpful. I ask them the simplest questions and they promptly get back to me. You will get the personal attention you need.

The black and white labels look good. My logo has a black background and they still turned out well. Overall, the bags look spiffy.

In my experience, shipping times vary from 4 to 7 business days in the US. Test the shipping times yourself and let your customers know what to expect.

I cannot help addressing the 1-star review below. The app is perfectly stable, the coffee is not expensive given its quality, and shipping is free within the US. It’s true that international shipping is expensive, but this has more to do with the realities of logistics than anything else.

I fully recommend this app. If you learn how to market, you will get results.

UPDATE: I'm getting great reviews from customers. The quality is boss. The aroma is amazing! So far no problems with shipping!

I used this app to help me build a much more clean/streamlined coffee business than ever before. The integration is simple but more importantly is the staff support. Weekly support calls are a huge benefit to mastering this app. It really is simple and straightforward. If you are a coffee start up, this is highly recommended.
