Tayyab from the Dripshipper web design team was incredible to work with. Within just a few hours of connecting, he completely transformed my Shopify store into something that looks like it belongs in a business feature magazine. The design is clean, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. My family and friends were blown away by how polished and impressive the site looks. He even refined my logo to match the high-end feel of the brand. If you’re looking for a turnkey storefront that’s ready to go live and wow your customers, I can’t recommend Tayyab enough.
Because it won't help me to correct the order and payment, which I lost customers... And, no interpreter provide due of my deafness in zoom meeting
Dripshipper made starting my coffee business so easy. The app connects smoothly with Shopify, and the coffee quality is amazing—my customers love it! Orders are fulfilled automatically, and customizing products is simple. Great support team too. Highly recommend for anyone selling coffee online!
I downloaded the app and selected the zoom meeting, in order to learn more about the app. I received 2 text message confirmations for the meeting, but the day of the scheduled zoom meeting no one showed up. I emailed support and didn't get a reply until 1 day later. I went onto their page again to learn how to use the app but I was disappointed once I realized they don't offer human support and are very difficult to contact. I signed up for the $99 package which I believe stated, that they would provide setup assistance, but I never received any. I was charged $99 yesterday 5/29/25 despite not even setting up anything yet. I have request my refund and am waiting to see how long it takes to receive a response. I like the idea of the app, but it needs to provide better support. I will be setting up my drop shipping services with a company that offers that human contact and prompt support.
I'm incredibly satisfied with my experience using Dripshipper. They helped me build my coffee website quickly and professionally, making the entire process smooth and stress free. What stood out the most was their excellent customer support, every time I had a question, they responded promptly and with clear answers. Thanks to their guidance, I now have a beautiful and functional online store. I highly recommend Dripshipper to anyone starting a coffee business!
