Dripshipper: Coffee & Tea

Expensive subscription and very high cost items. You will lose money! I've had them for 6 months now and I lose out on profit because of their monthly subscription fees on top of the items cost is so high if you don't sell each bag at a 76% markup you don't profit anything!! My issue also lies in horrible customer service times and lack of transparency on their product descriptions..... also you are stuck doing refunds on your own since they have a strict no refund or exchange policy........ Be careful if you decide to go with this supplier they are very expensive especially for beginners. It's worth looking into local coffee shops where you live to supply your store.

Talk about the app that has it all. Very impressed with these guys (and gals) and their knowledge and speedy response times from customer service. From creating our own branding, and designing our own labeling, etc, this is a must for anyone looking to take a leap in the business world and hit the ground running! Dripshipper customer assistance is not helpful at all. It's actually quite terrible! Each issue I've had will get a basic response that seems like an AI response even when the AI tool says it's sending me to an actual human. I've had problems with our labels and they refuse to be helpful. I've had issues with invoices on orders as well and after explaining the issue several times I get a basic response back that is not helpful at all or even close to what I'm dealing with. I've asked for a phone number to call for assistance but they told me (via chat) that they can not help by telephone. I was planning on keeping my complaints to myself but the owner sent a message asking for a review. I would not spend the money at this company again unless something changes.

Ok, I'm new to all of this online store & dropshipping stuff. I was grossly mistaken on who I was reviewing in my initial post. Dripshipper has actually been a great company, especially Aasiya. At first I thought otherwise but the more I learned of the process I discovered my complaints are towards a 3rd party company (SiteToBuy) that set up my Shopify online store and dripshipper app. If I could find a way to review them I would copy my initial review and share on their page.
