I cannot get this to work. I have approved it several times (received emails to say I have approved it) and then it just asks me to do it again. I can't use it and need help to fix it. I have sent two support emails but had no response. Please resolve this.

Support is very helpful. We are using it on our new site, and our visitors are already dropping hints. Would like to see more flexibility around the email signup. We would like hint-droppers to have the option to sign up for emails (not be required to).

Seems great so far! Just set it up and people are sending hints. We haven't had any conversions yet, but hopefully soon
