I was introduced to this app by a shop that wanted to carry my product. What a genius setup! And the customer service was fantastic. I'm so glad I was introduced!

Slick app for adding drop-shippable products into your pre existing store to make some extra passive revenue. Easy to navigate, and the selection of available products is great.

I uninstalled the app because i it was not doing anything for my store and the prices were not worth it plus i offer free sipping. Why am i being charged $39 still? Please re-imburse back my $39 for services i have not used. Thank you. I can't with these rip off apps on Shopify. Thank you

I'm sorry that DropCommerce did not work out for your business. I can confirm that since you've uninstalled you will not receive any future charges, and your most recent charge was just for your most recent month of usage, which generally takes a few weeks to actually get 'billed'.

Very easy and efficient installation. The service team even reached out to me by email to see if I had any help. They were very responsive to my questions and made everything simple and easy!

Shipping is not 2.99 or less to ship from US to Canada. It's 9.95 US on each item. Cost prices are high already and to add a profit and shipping items becomes too expensive for the consumers.

It's true that Canadian shipping generally costs more in our platform. We operate as an open marketplace where the suppliers manage their own profiles, so we are unfortunately not in control of the shipping cost there.

The app is easy to use,but beware if you accidentally go over your import limit they cancel your plan. I paid for basic plan, and went over my limit, wasn't paying attention, and they cancelled the plan. Instead of a pop up stating that I exceeded my number of items they just took my money and cancelled it

I think there may have been a misunderstanding as we do not cancel plans after hitting the product limit on the Basic plan. It appears that you had closed and reopened your account which would have cancelled your original plan when you closed your account. I had a great experience using DropCommerce for my Shopify store! The app was extremely helpful in getting my store started, and I found the import process to be very easy and straightforward. The products available through the app were well-curated, and the product descriptions were top-notch.
