DropCommerce has given me the ability to source artisan goods and North American vendors which I really wanted my store to focus on. Jimmy from DropCommerce has always been helpful when I reach out to support. Thank you for making my life easier.

This app is great! Very fast and efficient, and the UI is awesome. I love that they have automated fulfillment, such a must have feature for scaling! Highly recommend!

Being new to the world of e-commerce, I have found this app and the integration with Shopify to be brilliant. So easy to add products to my store and the support has been incredible, very quick to respond to any questions I have had. The products are also much better quality than you see on some other dropshipping apps. Would highly recommend!

First and foremost, I love this product. The app itself makes finding reliable suppliers with amazing products incredibly easy. The integration with the Shopify site is fantastic, and I appreciate the detail to which they allow product importation. Where this app lacks is customer service. I purchased the website build out package which promises 3 months of automated shipping help. I have not gotten the help I need with a single shipment, and have had to complete them all myself, despite following the team's instructions and switching on automated shipping. The one shipment they did assist with, they didn't even pay out for both suppliers so only one of the products from one supplier was fulfilled-- so I had to follow back up and complete the order myself so that my customer could receive the full order they had already purchased and paid for. Then, when I reach out to customer service (which I've done multiple times), they are less than helpful. I didn't purchase their most expensive plan and pay for automated help to receive little to no true support, with customer service reps that could seem to care less if my problem is solved. TLDR; The app is great, the customer service team is less than helpful.

I'm new to Dropshipping but I'm so glad I found DropCommerce. Their team have been super quick to address any queries I'd had, and more importantly, they have an excellent set of high-quality products made in the USA. I'm excited to see how it goes with them and will update with another favourable review, I'm sure. Keep up the good work, guys!

Selection for my niche is pretty good, not a large selection but some interesting first time items. Had a customer place their first order, recommended charge for shipping to the customer was 4.90, but when placing the order they charge you 10. There is a small disclaimer completely unnoticeable until order checkout about ability to charge 2.99 by completing sales fulfillment (so they reimburse you if you make enough sales) but only limited to 20 orders a month. I'm technically losing money to shipping at the moment, now I have to decide to charge the customers the full shipping price or increase retail price which either way looks bad for the business. Wish this was brought to the seller's attention in the first place, and DropCommerce should just feature this disclaimer as a promotional opportunity rather than an obligation to complete orders to a certain limit.

What separates DropCommerce from the other Drop shipping apps? It is their awesome customer support, the products and the flawless app that integrates with Shopify.

Spencer & Patrick have gone above and beyond, they have answered my questions in a timely manner.

DropCommerance has atomically added the shipping and fees and cost under the import tab that takes the guess work out. This has been a major concern to me, this is very difficult getting this right with other suppliers.

This app is pretty terrible. Not a really great selection (at least for what I need) and their prices are ridiculously high. $39 for a super basic bikini set? No special designs or features, just basic. I have no clue how they expect you to make a profit here but I am definitely un-installing. Shopify should disband these type of apps. They claim suppliers are offering anywhere from 30-50% off but a quick Google search proves that is a lie. I mean, we're all trying to make a couple bucks here and I'm not gonna sell FOR you and your suppliers. That's not how this works.

I Just signed up for a plan no more than an hr ago and got set up on the free 7 day trial. Apparently, there is no way to cancel in Shopify or their app so I am un-installing and I sincerely hope that I am not charged. If I am, I will update this review.

Update 3/5/20: I spoke with Patrick and the customer service couldn't be better. They are gonna be adding new suppliers and I think we found a middle ground.

I'm very sorry to hear that you weren't able to find what you needed in our app.

I'm one of the founders, and I can tell you with 100% honesty that we do not mark up the products at all. We do not take ANY commission from sales. We operate as an open marketplace like AirBnb, where suppliers set their own prices. We earn our revenue only from the monthly subscriptions.

If we are made aware of products in our app listed elsewhere online for less than the 'Retail Price' in our app, we would happily contact the supplier and either adjust the prices or remove them from the service if they are unwilling to comply.

Because we only sell from US suppliers, products do tend to be a bit higher on our platform, but often the material and build quality is significantly higher than what you would find on other platforms. We are always listening to feedback, and if we get any bad reviews about a supplier we always act on them.

We are just about to launch a 'rating' system for our suppliers, which will make it much easier to find only the top-quality options, and we are bringing on multiple new suppliers each day.

If you'd like to chat about this one-on-one, I would really appreciate you letting me know which suppliers / products you saw listed online for cheaper than in our system, and I will make sure it gets dealt with, in addition to looking for more suppliers specifically in your niche.
