DropCommerce is a fantastic platform.

It's intuitive, incredibly simple to use, and locating products to import directly into your Shopify store is very straightforward.

They even have a pre-built store option that is very affordable as well. I went with this option to get my Shopify store up to speed as quickly as possible - and it looks great!

Also I truly believe focusing on locally produced products from the United States and Canada is going to become increasingly important in ecommerce.

Best of all DropCommerce have an incredible team (shoutout to Spencer, Karan and Maria) - the customer service is top notch - always quick, responsive and polite.

If you are new to drop shipping and want to shorten the learning curve, I highly recommend DropCommerce!

The interface is simple and clear, and it is easy to operate. I hope there will be more quality products to choose from.

Great communication and selection. This app nails it. Highly recommend for those willing to spend on a plan and looking to grow their business. Lots of bells and whistles and options here.

Highly recommended if you're into dropshipping quality products. Spencer and team are very supportive! You can focus on the marketing as DropCommerce solved sourcing and fulfillment part of the business.

I had high hopes for this platform, but it’s hard to ignore the challenges. The pricing structure is a major concern—selling a candle at $50 just to maintain a margin is unreasonable. It’s hard to imagine who would pay that much for such a product.

On top of that, there are technical issues that make the experience frustrating. For example, when importing products, they often appear as “out of stock” before randomly switching back to “available”—and this happens across all items.

I’ve also noticed images being changed or removed without my input, leaving my shop looking unprofessional with mismatched photos that don’t align with the products. I tried reaching out for support, but since it’s Sunday, I don’t expect to hear back soon.

This experience has been far from smooth, and I really hope these issues are addressed quickly.

Regarding your concerns about pricing, we understand the challenge of maintaining competitive margins and we are actively working to expand our suppliers network weekly, expanding our catalog while allowing us to bring more options and better price points.

The technical issues you've experienced with inventory status may be on the supplier side, but we will make sure to ensure that if there is an issue on our end, that we will get it resolved as soon as possible.

The products and suppliers are top notch. The two that I work with process and ship orders within 5 days. It's so much better than cheap Aliexpress. AND the support team is very helpful. I needed some help today with an app bug and they got back to me with a fix within an hour. Take the leap and ditch the Chinese shipping.

I would highly recommend this app if you run a dropship store. especially in The US and Canada. Implementation was so easy and it worked great. We are based in Australia and Europe so I'm really hoping they will add more suppliers in our niche. Other than that pleasant app.

I downloaded this app and not realizing it, they started charging me right away. I never signed up for any plan and yet they keep charging my credit card. This is shady..
