The CEO of this company has been working with me on fixing any issues, and they really do care about their clients. I really appreciate what they have done to help me with my store.
The reason to be with Drop-commerce is the suppliers. Especially if you want quality, vetted products that ship from the U.S. or Canada.

I just wanted to address your concerns here, we are also reaching out to you directly so please don't hesitate to respond to our support team so that we may better understand any of the issues you had on our platform.
Bugs: We definitely want to hear about any bugs you have encountered on our platform. We have recently launched some significant improvement updates but sometimes some bugs get missed by our team, we would much appreciate any details regarding this if you don't mind sharing with our team. In the meantime we are working hard at making our platform bug free for our users.
Security: Just to clarify are you using our newly released embedded version of DropCommerce? If that is the case then it does require you to launch our app from withing Shopify's admin panel. If that is not the case can you please let our support team know some more details on your concerns around the security of our app?
Adding Shipping Prices: You can actually do this by navigating to advanced settings, and toggling the "Include Shipping In Price" button to on.
Product Descriptions: The descriptions are written by our suppliers, however we do make an effort to help ensure that descriptions are thorough and free of spelling errors. If there are specific product descriptions that need to be fixed we would love to hear about it so we can correct the issue!
Supplier: We are sorry to hear that the supplier you were using on DropCommerce has left, we will be sure to reach out to see if they were experiencing specific issues with our platform or if it was a business decision to stop dropshipping.
If you don't mind responding to our support team we would love to see how we can further improve. We take all of our customer feedback seriously and action as much of it as we can.
I really love all of the notifications. It makes me feel like they have a real vested interest in the success of my business.

Patrick and the support team rocks! I had a minor issue with item tags that turned out to be a non-issue after all, but Patrick was super responsive and quick to review the issue and help get me back on track. Additionally, the team is receptive to customer feedback regarding future functionality. I highly recommend!

The suppliers seem great! You can message with them directly to help build relationships with them. I love that!
(+): App support is very responsive. App provider also interfaces quickly with vendors if needed. Many nice US made products from small batch suppliers. Product invoicing options from some vendors. large selection of items. (-)So far, not all the vendors featured in the few orders I've done have been prompt, but is a limited sample. But for one instance waited almost a week for paid order to get shipped--and still waiting on the product. Likely will be 10 days or more and was a simple stock item of detergent. In another instance waited a few days because the payment wouldn't go through. Margins lower than typical. Some vendors demand minimum pricing. Shipping cost arrangement a bit of a surprise once I started ordering, but it will just ensure I don't go over the max orders per month when the shipping reimbursement stops, or it won't be worth it due to the high and unpublished shipping costs from some vendors. Also, the fulfillment process is a little klunky and does not fire off a fulfillment trigger to Loox nor to Judge.me for reviews for some reason but it is hard to say where that issue lies...but the non-Drop Commerce orders work fine. Though Klaviyx does pick up the events, so there is a workaround but it means two different flows in my campaigns. Also imports variants incorrectly, but the support folks have been very open to fixing it in a future release, which would be nice. It is not a showstopper but requires handjamming the changes on every imported product. So overall, a 4.5 rounded up because the staff is responsive and friendly and there are unique nice products worth checking out. Not sure if I'll keep but definitely worth a try to see what you think.

Great respond team I suggest you to add this app. USA and Canada brands which is easy and fast and great for dropshipping. It's maybe pricey for beginners but worth it. feel free to ask them they will help you if you need anything. that's what I did and I'm happy now. they are nice.
