Its nice to see the inventory grow but the syncing still has some issues, I just had a sale and I looked for it on the web site and its not there so I must have missed something but now I can't figure out how to get the order the the customer. also the price is pretty high here and I don't make enough sales for the limited inventory even though lot of the stuff is pretty nice. I have a few businesses and this app because it has some issues that makes more work I cant give it more stars. If you have the time and the customer base this is a good app but not for my size.

Update: The owner reached out to me personally and we talked and he told me of things to look forward with their new release coming soon. He also apologized for the problems and promised that they will be fixed. I trust we shall see all the issues here fix really soon.

Wow..!!! I just can't say enough about dropcommerce, they have been amazing. They have tons and tons of products, and their descriptions are actually decent so you don't have to spend a bunch of time rewriting them. They give you a suggested. Retail price that is pretty close to market value and most products have great profit margins. Their customer service is absolutely the best I have come across. They are all super helpful and eager to make your life easier.

My shop is new and I decided to start with Dropcommerce for several reasons - shipping times and quality of the products. Also, the sync with Shopify is so easy and intuitive. The test purchases that I made went well and all of the suppliers have been great to work with. Deliveries were made on time. Hopefully, Dropcommerce will continue to add suppliers as well as enhance their own platform and scale for growth.

DropCommerce made it fast and easy for even beginners to source products in North America , edit and import them directly to your store without any disruptions! Make sure you check your shipping settings in shopify to add rates and track inventory in the correct location and your all set up ! Extremely happy and if you are just starting or have 6 figures a month, this app is worth the install. for me personally my store speed actually INCREASED! Will recommend 1,000 times over.

I've been using this app for over 2 years, and I would recommend it. It's easy to use and very intuitive. I had an issue with automatic synchronization with completed orders for a while. Their support team worked with me to recreate the problem and to find a solution. The issue has since been resolved. Nice to know they are responsive and there if you need them.
