They always go above and beyond and provide helpful tutorials in adding certain features which makes the app really easy to use. The app itself, is one of the best apps I've ever come across. It has all the updated features and amazing look and feel to blog articles. A little expensive, but worth every penny. Highly would recommend!

Implemented a few months ago. Very happy so far. DropInBlog solved our Shopify blog limitation and allowed us to create a better blog with proper author pages. Love how it helps guide the creation of each post with an estimated SEO score. I have reached out to support twice so far and both times received answers/solutions within the 1/2 hour. Great experience.

As far as the app goes... it's great. Love the way it helps with SEO and we use our blog to generate sales because of this feature. Highly recommend.

I have high expectations and the app works as advertised. That's great and all but it's also what I'm paying for. What's really awesome is the technical support. I like messing with CSS, layouts, all that. Sometimes I get stuck and when that happens, they seem to always be available to answer my questions. Sometimes, they need to dig deep and even do a little research but that doesn't stop them because they aren't lazy. Jason in particular has helped me out a few times and I really appreciate it.
