We've been using DropInBlog for a while now and recently changed themes which interrupted the formatting for DropInBlog. After contacting chat support It took them mere minutes to fix the problem.
Had something I had to change for SEO purposes and reached out to their support team. Very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Oh, and the app is superb too. Been using it a few months.
We've had a great experience with DropInBlog. When we encountered any issue, their support team stepped in immediately. They were incredibly responsive, understood our problem quickly, and resolved it in no time. It's rare to find support this efficient and helpful.

I wish it were less expensive, but worth the investment.
I love how effective the app is and the customer service reps have been very helpful (with the few issues I've had).
I've used multiple blog tools and they all have something, but not everything I need, and DIB seems to have it all.
For blogging on Shopify, numerous apps are required to add more features, and they charge monthly fees for these features, like the table of contents and SEO options. I decided to switch to DropInBlog to improve my blog. It looks much better and costs less because I could cancel many apps I used to pay monthly for. I plan to be more competitive in SEO ranking now as I go through my blog posts and update them with better SEO, thanks for DropInBlog. Support is also outstanding. They are there to answer every question I have. I love that!!
DropInBlog is a really great turnkey way to implement an SEO-optimized blog within your Shopify site. I love the way they provide clear instructions and actionable intel about how to improve your SEO score, so you can always make sure you're putting your best foot forward on that front. The plug-in also adopts your theme, so it easily matches the rest of your site. The true cherry on top is the customer support though. We've run into little things here and there that needed addressing, and we also get a reply within minutes that lead to a swift resolution. Highly recommend this plug-in to any Shopify user that wants to add a blog.

The team at DropInBlog is phenomenal.
First, this is a very user-friendly app and the SEO guidelines help the writer / company reach those SEO marks, in order to have higher rankings in search engines. As food color manufacturers, having strong SEO opportunities is crucial to our business.
Additionally, Jason, Jesse and the entire team are always open to our feedback which we really appreciate. It is evident they are trying to create a good experience for all businesses, and to help businesses reach their ultimate goals.
I absolutely recommend giving this app a try, you won't be disappointed.
