It helps us to confidently write blogs that are perfect for our SEO and have resulted in us getting our first sale - before we've even launched thanks to the customer landing on our amazing blog page from an organic Google Search! The team are amazing too, always so helpful and quick with replies to any questions I've asked and believe me, there's been many messages sent to their team and they are friendly, patient and collaborate with me to get our blog looking just how we want it!

I have been using this app for the Metalsmith Society blog for a few years and I really like it. I especially love how it helps you with your SEO, something I likely would not have had time to give attention to otherwise. I have needed help a bunch of times throughout the years and someone typically helps the same day. Great customer support!

I'm still in the setup phase of the blog, but any question I've had has been answered fast, and in great detail. Plus I like the look and feel of the whole thing.

Update 06/01/2025: After using DropInBlog for a little over a year now, I wanted to update my review to further emphasise how excellent customer support is. I have had some issues that I have required support for which has usually been resolved within minutes by them team.

The support team are also developers, so are able to make code changes very quickly and I have been thoroughly impressed at how good they are at solving any issues I've had. DropInBlog is easily the best blogging platform for Shopify. Thanks guys!
