Let me rewrite here,
Everything on Blockchain is permanent, even the money you can loose. So we wanna make sure the app is a perfect fit for you before starting to spend your money (via your wallet).
It was for your own safety. Blockchain is new for everyone and mistakes happen.
It's just one layer of "due diligence" not "diceyness"
