I always wanted to have my own extension and wig line but didn’t have a clue how to get started. Because of PLE and Shopify collaboration I now have my very own luxury hair line. It is very helpful and important to me to have everything I need for my online store in one place. PLE and Shopify has taken care of all the guest work for me. Terrible service and lack of communication. I reached out to them and they decided to send out my products with no logos. They failed to communicate with me.

I’m still new to this, but so far I am exited to work with a company that has an abundance of inventory. The customer Service has been very responsive anytime I needed help!

I used this app to help import products that I am currently selling into my shopify store. It allows me to have access to product photos and product descriptions which saves me a lot of time and busy work. I love that aspect of the app. I may be missing something, but I wish that it would show me the price of the item that my dropship company charges so I can better see what my profit will be. If I'm not mistaken, I see the suggested sale price (which is also helpful for pricing my items). I could be wrong though, I'm still exploring the app.

I'm not rating the app I'm rating the company. They are not even selling us the hair at whole sale prices if you go on the web site and price check the hair they are selling the hair for a couple dollars more to us.

I decided to delete the app and stop using it. Your price margins are not set up for users to make a reasonable profit at all. You give the option to charge between 1-2x your wholesale price. If I charged 1x the price, I make no profit. The only way I’d make equal to what I’m making you with each sale is to charge double, which was too high for the market. Even celebrity hair companies don’t charge as much as what the prices come out to with 2x. The dropshipping is not set up to benefit us... we’d be better off eliminating the middle man and going directly to the source for hair to cut wholesale pricing and increase take home. On top of that, I was still charged after deleting the app.

I use this app to start my hair extension business. It’s a great app and very simple to use. Would give it 10 stars if I could!
