Shopify had sent me now that the app might not work properly
My orders are not syncing
I Wish there was a way to choose different shipping options in the app when placing the order. I see on the website that there are 3 options available. So when a customer requests to have their order expedited I order directly on the website and skip the order on this App.
This app is very easy to use when adding products to my store. However, once you are placing an order is very confusing and it will tell you that they don't ship to that address. I've requested support twice and still have not received any response. It is a shame because they do have beautiful merchandise.
The application just stopped working. Items will not sync to my store any longer. I submitted a support request but never heard back.
Do you have a cheaper option for shipping? $28 shipping is too expensive each time a customer orders an item. Customers don't want to pay that much shipping on an item
some express will more cheaper ,like EDL Yunexpress or Epackage, you can try to choose them
Terrible app. Dont have any support. I tried for severe times talke to them but they never answer. Also the app not sync with my store.

I added this app and did a test order prior to going live. I never received the order but was charged for it. I have reached out to them in various ways and never heard back. What a scam.
I updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars because I had a problem that the app did not update stock in our store though the settings were all correct. However, after I contacted support by email (dropshipping@dear-lover.com
) they were so helpful, very responsive and they fixed the issue
Is true that once your customer places an order, you the store owner, has to place the order again manually in order for them to receive the order, is that's the case, it's too much work?
