My store is called COLOR CONNECTS US and I absolutely love this app! They have over 800 products, and the variety is WONDERFULLY DESIGNED, AND VERY AFFORDABLE!!! The customer service is EXCELLENT! They exhibit a genuine concern for you, and I plan to do business with them FOREVER! They are professional, personable, and dedicated to helping you succeed. They are the best dropship company on the market! I HIGHLY recommend using them to perfect your brand. They are indeed a miracle! A+++++ ❤️

The app has good products, and I like the editing software. the app takes forever to load tho, and was down almost a week. And now, I can't log on to edit my items. Be cautious.

During my experience with this supplier, orders were not shown on the homepage of the site, orders were not shown to be processed. When looking for a POD supplier look for a more mainstream platform as it'll be more developed in terms of web services. Not to mention a customer who ordered a product from this supplier ended up getting the wrong size (I'm sure you understand why this is a bad thing), so products don't seem to be carefully tracked while being made according to the order.

I have been trying to use this app but it never works. However, after lots of patience on thDropShipCN's part we were able to figure it out. They are the best.

This app was quite easy to use and good start for my business!

Great way to express my art and have them on different types of products. I’ve placed an order to check their quality. Wow! It was better than I expected and was quite impressed.

The only issue was the shipping time since it took quite awhile.. but I understood the problem due to the Covid-19 impact. To add to that, their customer service was very helpful throughout the transaction and explanation regarding all my concerns.

I would definitely continue using their service and hopefully the shipping time will improve.

De bon produits, et un très large choix. Par contre, une extrême lenteur du site… quand on arrive a se connecté. Et on peux que le faire a peu près correctement par Shopify car en direct, il reconnais plus rien. Interface un peu simpliste, manque cruel de fonctionnalité indispensable. Malheureusement, je ne l’utiliserais plus avant une refonte totale du site.

This supplier has great products, especially in relation to dresses, but there are the following issues with this supplier:

- Mock-ups are garbage, especially the male mock-ups for things like jackets. The models look bored and the way the images are generated don't make them look good at all.
- Import from Shopify is rubbish. If you don't have a phone number for the client, then forget it. It won't work. It takes about 15 minutes to properly adjust the order, which requires you putting in a telephone number, even if you don't have one for the client. Which usually means putting in your own number or a dummy one, both of which are pointless. It then requires all kinds of syncing to make it work.
- Customer service is next to non existent. The latest issue involved over 6 emails over 2 weeks just to get the order sent out, then the fedex courier they used refused to deliver the item to the client despite the client contacting them (not dropship's fault), but this could have been resolved if the company had contacted the courier getting them to deliver the item. Lack of contact, and over 9 emails and still no idea where the order is or what is going on.
- The app doubled up one of my orders and sent two items to the client, which they refused to respond to my demands to cancel the second order, and issued two dresses. They also CHARGED ME for 2 dresses and have not responded to requests for a refund.
-Their design engine and software is ancient and needs updating

Unfortunately, one of their dresses is a bestseller for me, which is all the orders above, but I am looking for alternatives. Don't even start with this company because the items aren't worth the hassle and bad reviews.

Frustrating and poor implementation.

Used twice. Communication is okay and they try to be helpful BUT the orders are not processed in the time frames advertised. Both orders were much later and caused many issues. The second order took 2 month to arrive. Some items are a very poor quality print and three of the items ordered and paid for were missing/not packed. If you want value for money and happy customers - I would NOT recommend.

I place an order for a sample o 4/7 and never received it, another other for a customer on 4/12 looks like this may make it to my customer by 5/12. Had to refund this order to save a customer, I would be scared to use this app in the future. Sucks because the interface was by far my favorite.

I want to use this company so bad! I love the product options they offer. However, the app is pretty much impossible to use. I try to log in and it never connects me. When I do finally get logged in (which is rare), it’s hard to use the design software. I will continue to try this app, but only until I can find an alternative. It’s too time consuming just to get logged in.
