- Appalling customer service, doesn't respond to support enquiries unless you send them a 2nd email...
- No clear instruction on how to place an order for a customer.
- Not risking my customer service reputation with this app.

Sorry we weren't able to respond to your request made during the busy Easter period in a timeframe that suited you. We haven't had users that weren't able to figure out how to process orders before, we will update our documentation to make it more explicit on your suggestion.
