not enough product in the store. please dont charge me $20 I am unistalling and see nothing under settings to cancel so im afriad im still going to be charged.

I've had a good experience using TrendDrop. I've been selling their products for a while and am glad I have a way to sync their inventory to my store. I had one issue in the beginning but Angie called me and worked with me to get it straightened out.

TrendDrop is a lifesaver for me. Finally, I can focus on the business of sales and promotions and getting traffic. You can import thousands of products in a click.I am spending only some day adding and managing products line by line. Shipping is super fast, and the quality is good. Plus I can do my own pricing formula.
Customer Service is very knowledgeable about ecommerce business and got great advice and support. Certainly recommend it without reservation. The fashion jewelry collection is very trendy, standout, and statement pieces, so I can really markup more for this supplier.

We have had nothing but the greatest experience with TrendDrop. Very responsive! Thankful for how they are so proactive. App has very good Jewelry products and they are advancing every time I check in.

The app works well to import products and track inventory. However, the auto order process has been a nightmare. I have pending orders and when I place the order, I get a server error. This is causing orders to back up and customer's to cancel. I had to issue refunds while waiting for a solution. It was better when I had to manually process orders myself. Not worth paying for this service and it doesn't allow orders to be processed. *** UPDATE: THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED QUICKLY AND I WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE WITH MY CUSTOMERS TO THEIR SATISFACTION****

The USPS connection was out for 1-2 hours . The issue has been quickly resolved. We also have back up processes to ensure orders are ALWAYS shipped out on time.
