Great app. Great Customer service.
Hi Luviosa,
Thank you for this! Great support is something we work hard at every day, so hearing that both the app and the service delivered for you means a lot to the whole team.
What stands out most is that you've been with Atlas for about a year now. That kind of long-term trust isn't something we take for granted, and we'll keep working to earn it.
If anything else comes up as you keep building your store, you know where to find us.
Zaten atlasın müşteri desteğine bayılıyorum
Merhaba Velmora,
Eddie was great in answering several questions we had in a matter of minutes. What likely would have taken several hours to figure out on our own, he clearly explained in a few minutes of chat. Thank you!
Hi Docs General Store,
Thank you for sharing this! Eddie will be glad to hear it, and we'll make sure he sees it. Turning something that could have taken hours into a few minutes of clear answers is exactly the bar we set for ourselves, so it's great he hit it for you.
You're just getting started with Atlas, and we're excited to keep being there as you build. If anything comes up along the way, you know where to find us.
perfect customer service!
I am receiving this automated request for a review, but I have never used this service. I have been charged $100 ($50/month) for an app that has zero usage data on my store. I attempted to cancel previously, yet I am still being billed. I would like a full refund for these two months of inactivity immediately.
Game changing. I have used GPT 5.5, Opus 4.8 & Fable 5 (Mythos 5) via Shopify CLI to edit my previous themes, and Atlas BLEW EVERYTHING I have ever used out of the water. Its simple unbelievable the quality, content & support you get for the low price you pay. EVERYONE should be using Atlas in 2026. THANK YOU ATLAS!
Hi Decades Wellness,
What a review to wake up to, thank you! Hearing that Atlas blew everything else you've tried out of the water is about the highest praise we could ask for, and the whole team is going to feel this one.
We put a lot into making the quality and the support live up to that, so it means a great deal that it landed for you so quickly. We're excited to see what you build with it through 2026.
If anything else ever comes up, just reach out, we've got you.
very helpful
Hi Luméra,
Thank you! Three months in and still finding Atlas helpful is exactly what we hope for, and that kind of steady trust means a lot to all of us here.
We'll keep doing the work behind the scenes to make sure it stays that way for you.
If anything else comes up as you keep building your store, you know where to find us.
amazing
Hi Dreamscapeimages,
"Amazing" is a wonderful thing to read, thank you! Four months in and still feeling that way tells us we're doing something right, and that's a real boost for the whole team.
We're always working to make Atlas and the support behind it even better, so reviews like yours keep us going.
If anything ever comes up as you keep growing your store, we're here.

Amit was very proffesional and took care of my issue in less than 15min solving it completely. Very much appreciated.
Hi Forma Dnia,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review!
Amit is going to be thrilled when he sees this, and we'll make sure he does. Resolving an issue completely in under 15 minutes is exactly the bar we set for ourselves, and it's great to hear he hit it for you.
It also means a lot that you've been with Atlas for 9 months now. That kind of long-term trust is something we don't take for granted, and we'll keep working hard to earn it every single day.
If anything else ever comes up, just reach out, we're here.
