Atlas has been one of the easiest Shopify page builders I’ve used. The sections are clean, conversion-focused, and very simple to edit without coding. I was able to build a full product page with hero, video, benefits, reviews, and FAQ much faster than with other builders I tried.
What I like most is that it’s straightforward and doesn’t feel overly complicated. For small ecommerce stores running Meta ads, it’s a practical tool to launch and test pages quickly. Support has also been responsive when needed. Overall a solid option for building high-converting product pages.

The store builder is very fast and it takes so much of your mind so you can focus on other things. They have very good support team, in minutes I was connected to an agent that sorted my issue right away! So far I am very happy with Atlas.

The app works as intended and support was helpful, however it's impossible (without coding CSS) to just change fonts and other basic tasks

Did not notice that it replaces home page as well got replaced full of errors and bugs. After uninstalling the app my page was down because all of the atals elements stay there and you cannot delete them. Support is not really caring that much.

I'm sorry about the experience you had. You're right that we should do a much better job of clearly stating up front that Atlas modifies your home page. That's on us, and it's feedback I'm taking seriously.
I looked into your account and see that our support team already reverted your home page to your previous working version. That also removes the Atlas dependencies in the process, since they are tied to the template in your theme code, so nothing should be left behind. I'm also really sorry the support experience didn't feel like we had your back. We really do care, and it's frustrating to hear that didn't come through in the conversation. I'll take a closer look at the thread on our end to see what we could have done differently.

Account showed Current plan: Free and no active subscription.
Shopify still generated a paid invoice.
Developer refuses to void the invoice and wants the charge to go through for a refund. Shopify confirmed developers can reverse pending charges.
Multiple reviews report the same issue.
This is not a glitch. It’s abusive billing behavior.
Avoid this app.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m truly sorry for the confusion here. I understand how upsetting it is to see an invoice after you believed everything was canceled.
To clarify, all Atlas billing is handled through Shopify’s app billing system, which means invoices and charge timing are controlled by Shopify’s billing cycle. As a third-party developer, we are not able to void or remove Shopify charges directly on our end.
That said, there are a couple ways we can take care of this for you, and I will personally make sure it’s handled properly from start to finish. My goal is simple, that you feel fully taken care of and that you do not end up paying out of pocket for something you did not expect.
I’ve emailed you so I can confirm the invoice details and get this fully resolved for you.
