They are indifferent, they give bad support, definitely do not use them, they are scammers.

well i installed this app,is been a week the app doest work,i cant even open,i contact the support and no answer nobody care,for an app that charge all this money,i was aspecting a lot better,shame

this is the error that appears when i try to generate the store when i add the Aliexpress link,,

(Please, enter the valid url, only alliexpress.us and amazon.com urls are supported for now)

Sorry for the trouble with the error message! Right now, our tool only supports links within the USA. We’re excited to let you know that we’re working on expanding this to include more regions soon.

We realize the error message could be clearer, and we’re on it—making sure it’s more noticeable until we’ve got global coverage sorted out.

Also, about your email not getting a response—that’s unusual for us. It might have been a slip-up on our end, and we’re looking into it to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

After purchasing a store from this app with $29. A few hours later shopify terminated my store. I'm 99% sure this is because of this app. Although I contacted the support I haven't gottenn a reply.

Hi there, we’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your store was terminated, it could have been for a number of reasons. Please reach out to us at support@helloatlas.io and we can help but there are other factors like selling goods that Shopify does not allow and other things that can lead Shopify to terminating your store.
