Ordered a batch for a brand launch. Medium black hoodies. What arrived? X-Large navy blue. Supplier said "we fix next time." Next time? This WAS launch. DropSure verified every item against the order sheet before shipping. Basic thing but apparently rare in POD. Not a single wrong-item complaint since switching.

Nobody warns you about returns when you start. "Just send it back" sounds simple until you're coordinating international return labels, inspecting damaged goods, processing refunds, and updating inventory for 15-20 orders a week. It became a full-time job inside my side hustle. DropSure handles returns end-to-end now inspection, restocking, refund initiation. I went from dreading my returns queue to barely thinking about it.
