Très bonne application interactive et facile d'utilisation pour le client. Le client a seulement a mentionner son numéro de commande et son mail pour obtenir le suivi.
Egalement concernant la mise en place les tutos sont clairs et la mise en place est facile.

N'a jamais fonctionné depuis le lancement de ma boutique, ayant passé 3 commandes pour moi même, sans pouvoir vérifier le tracking. Mail envoyé à support@droptracking.io... pas de réponse. Je change d'appli pour un support plus pro...

J'ai contacter le support au support@droptracking.io et ne sont pas réactif. Ca fonctionner bien jusqu'à m'a Première commande et plus rien? Toujours dans l'attente d'une réponse du support ? J'espère que je vais trouvez comment résoudre mon problème avec Drop Tracking

Elle marchait pas mal bien qu'elle n'a aucune connexion avec les compagnie de livraison. Ca fait plus d'une semaine l'application KO. Ca a généré bcp de SAV et frustrations des clients.
