DS Pickup Delivery Date & time

This app is great and does everything we wanted - perfectly! There was one functionality that we needed, that was not in the app and the amazing support team built it in. As I said, the app is great, but the support team is INCREDIBLE. They instantly reply to every request or problem, patiently helping you, step-by-step, to set everything up. This is the 2nd app I have installed from DS and I am just amazed at the level of customer service.

The app allows you to be able to customize how you want to engage with your customers through store pick up and delivery options. While it took some getting used to the app set up at first, the customer service was 5 star and they were available and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. A supremely useful app. We mainly use the scheduler feature but it's essential for our shop. This group has easily some of the very best customer support as well, so if you have questions or any issues you can expect personable, considerate and thorough support pretty much any time of day. Really great!
