Vim aqui deixar minha avaliação sobre a minha experiência com a Dsers, desde quando comecei a usar o app na loja shopify nunca tive problema, ao acessar o aplicativo começou a aparecer um erro e entrei em contato com o suporte na mesma hora e fui atendido em poucos minutos pelo Lennon, que me atendeu com atenção e explicou tudo certinho, for fim resolveu o problema na hora. I was helped this morning by Isak and he was wonderful. Super fast service. he included screen shots that showed me exactly what to do to fix my issue. Which was that I could not fulfill my order.
he also sent me a clear list of instructions on how to place my future orders from shopify to dsers.
The issue was on my end and I had place the order out of sequence. But he cleared it all up in less than 5 minutes and I placed my order, easy breezy.
