I love how Alice assisted me, she was very knowledgeable and smart, she helped me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable about using DSERS. On the other hand, Julie was not that helpful, we can't understand each and I had to keep repeating myself. But regardless, I would still rate it 5 star because everyone else has been awesome and responsive. I like DSERS, easy to navigate.

Supremerly good Customer service from Vivian and Wendy and all other colleagues. Shipping profile can't be synced to Shopify but we made a work around so other than that, it's a perfect app.
