I spent hours on a problem and finally decided to ask for help from DSers customer service. My helper, Irene, was very helpful and she solved two of the problems I was having very quickly. She saved me so much time and she was really sweet and patient when I didn't understand quite what to do. Definitely felt heard and will not hesitate to reach out in the future if I get stuck on any roadblocks.

I deal with a variety of customer service & support reps as well as many technical support help desks. In the last few years if they listen to my question or concern I get a robotic preapproved answer, never actual help. Today when I contacted DSers I was immediately connected with a representative that never made me repeat my question. He actually listened the first time and responded immediately with an answer! I am beyond impressed and excited to with with DSers in the future. FABULOUS. Made my day is not even close to how I feel right now.
