Im taking my time to write this review on Behalf of 'Chloe' part of the Dsers customer service team.

She has really been such a major help in solving my issue. She was really attentive and got to solving my issue very effectively. My problem is solved and im happy thanks to her !!!

I will rate Myra 5 stars. I was chatting with another agent who was not responding to my questions. Myra came into the chat quickly clarified some answers to my previous questions. As well Myra was able to efficiently provide resolution-based answers for the remaining questions. Myra deserves 5 stars she is very knowledgeable and is a true asset to Dser.

I was desperate to make sure my order was going through properly to be fulfilled. Luna assisted me in ensuring this order was done correctly. Luna exemplified outstanding customer service!

I´ve already received some orientation from Dsers´ support team. Very kind people (Today were Zoe), with clear information and guidance for having the best of this aplication.

I had a problem, every time I would "push to store" it automatically set the product as "active" on Shopify. I contacted DSers, to my surprise the wait time was less than 1 minute! I literally messaged at 4:59 pm and at 4:59 pm I was responded!

Now I was answered by Chrissy, may I say Chrissy was amazing and very professional. Chrissy literally sent me THREE PICTURES to show me HOW TO do something on DSers, WITH captions to clarify it even further! The level of patience and professionalism Chrissy displayed was phenomenal! This lady broke it down for me so simply. The service I received was so professional by her.

Chrissy told me that she will "record the information you provided and report it to the relevant internal departments." So that the features on DSers will be easier for all users and future users.

I am very happy Chrissy did not make me wait at all when she responded to my message on messenger. And it is very evident she had a lot of knowledge about what she was talking about.

Overall, I am pleased with DSers and the customer service I received from Chrissy. I highly recommend DSers for everyone. I hope the feature I recommended will be available as an option soon for all DSers users! I wish everyone good luck in their businesses. Keep up the hard work everyone!
