I am new to dropshipping and chose DSers due to their great reviews. So far I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews! I've had few complications but nothing the help center wasn't able to tell me how to overcome. Easy to use and notifications of price changes come through in good time.

I have seen a few reviews about the product descriptions being difficult etc. I personally don't think this is an issue as they show specifications and a description and give you the choice as to what part you want sent over to shopify. Admittedly some items you have to make your own descriptions for but with items from AliExpress that is expected. You can also source products from aliexpress directly and paste the link rather than only be able to use their list which makes this app 10x better than most.

The reason for 4 stars is because I have yet to see how the app performs with orders as currently I'm still in the getting started phase but going by my experience so far I look forward to an easy process.

Once I've had my first orders and they have been delivered to customers I will update this review and hopefully change to 5 Stars!

I look forward to building a great relationship with DSers and wish all dropshippers on this app all the best!

UPDATE: After a bit I got another reply offering more detailed information, this HELPED fix the issue. I would have given it 5 stars except for the previous mentioned issue.
PAST: So far my opinion has gone from good to somewhat skeptical, all products are missing gtin or mpn so I am unable to publish with Google. I contacted DSer's who told me to contact the suppliers directly (thought they were the same as AliExpress), no further help offered. Sadly, I am beginning to think about switching to another option.

We've been using DSers since Oberlo was sunsetted and not only were they super helpful during the transition, we now fulfill orders at lightning speed compared to when we were using Oberlo. I dropped 1 star because sometimes you receive someone who is entirely unhelpful, like Irene, who not only didn't know how to help but continually gave me incorrect information rather than asking for someone to help her. But I waited until the next shift and received above and beyond service from Myra. She even pointed out an additional setting that would make our lives easier. Thank you Myra!! I have usually had good service from DSers so hopefully the team can provide better training for newer reps.

I was in quite a bit f a pickle because I had my first order come through only to find out that the item was out of stock from the supplier and the customer had already placed the order. Being that it was my first anonymous order and the also my first time using DSERs, I was confused out of my mind about what to do. ultimately, I contacted Shopify support and the rep and I myself both contacted DSERs and two reps helped us at once to solve the problem. Jessica was my representative and she was able to find a substitute product from another supplier and map to correct colors to the original items that the customer ordered. I even messed up the mapping on one of the items and she fixed my mistake. She also explained that because of the plan I was on, (the Basic) that the product quantities don't auto-update, so an item on AliExpress can be out of stock and I won't know about it until a customer places and order and the item is no longer available. She suggested that I turn on notifications (which I had no idea about) or upgrade my plan. Jessica was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much! As for the DSERS app itself, it gets 4 stars because I went through 2.5 hours of stress because the stock levels don't auto-update! You have to upgrade your plan. But the customer service is great!

Good evening, I wanted a Shopify store and didn't know the first thing about selling online. Nancy and her team on Shopify and Catalina at DSERS-AliExpress are making this process smooth for me. They are very knowledgeable and don't mind helping. I am super excited about working with these types of people. Meaning people that have my back. I was so nervous when I received my first order to push through Catalina assured me that my very first order would be shipped out. I am also learning a lot from them. My side hustle is to be my only hustle.

Issues with the app I needed support on were for importing product lists from AliExpress which it will not do as a complete list but only 1 at a time. Without getting the product to Shopify I’m in tough shape but I got some work around. There also is a push to FSer button Crome extension to push products that only works on PC’s but not iPads using Chrome. They need to work on this!!! As to support… We all need help and support in our lives when encountering new things and new processes and I am pleased to report that I’ve received both from Shopify Support gently guiding my journey between AliExpress, DSer, and Shopify as each piece connects and changes in one can affect the other. My chat support agent was Eden who was both extremely knowledgeable and best of all patient with me to a fault. Giving credit where it is due… If you happen to get Eden when you need support you are in great hands!

I had an excellent interaction with their support on live chat. They asked my info, and even solved the issue on their end for my store, set it right up and all. So simple, it was the best interaction I've had with any support in quite some time. This is coming from someone that works in sales with customers.

The design and functions of the app, those have other concerns.

Update: Sandy did fantastical as well helping me on my shipping.

The customer service replies quick. Jessica was able to help me import my product with the exact supplier I wanted even though it initially wasnt available. It was a little hard to communicate exactly what I wanted help with but still great service overall

Customer support is decent although in my opinion calling someone your friend could seem a little bit unprofessional but I don't mind it. Problem was fixed decently fast even though at the start it seemed that there was a little bit of miscommunication. Over all a decent experience.

5 stars for Victoria who was very helpful. But the app itself is messy - the "seamless" migration from Oberlo to DSers we were all promised has not worked very well at alln for me. Almost half (170) of my 400 Oberlo products did not migrate correctly which means I have to manually enter them all over again & maybe even lose my custom title & product descriptions & images. Not looking forward to it.
