I 100% recommend Dsers! Wendy was very responsive and highly competent; she was also very instructive. I am new to dropshipping and had issues with a supplier while I had ongoing orders. I didn't know that we could switch to another supplier without having to change the information on that supplier's page. Wendy was a tremendous help and supported me from start to finish. I've beeing using Dsers for over a year and they help me a lot with my dropshipping business. Today I use the 24/7 chat service and Krystal was amazing and super supportive. I highly recommend this platform for anyone who wants to start selling online. They are amazing!!!!!

They have 24/7 customer service available on instant messenger, so I always get help in a minute or two of needing it. Very surprising how good the customer service, especially considering how most other companies are very difficult to get in contact with, they give very little info and are generally unhelpful.

These guys are helpful.

It was kind of difficult for me to grasp at first. Listening to everyone talk about DSers makes you think that everything is completely automated for you, with very little setup. That's not the case at all, but that's also fine if you understand how it all works. It was a little rough to get going, but their customer service is Facebook Messenger based and super helpful. One of their reps named Lucy was especially helpful in helping me understand how it works. It would be nice if the back-end between DSers and AliExpress could be automated without my interaction at all, but until they figure that out, it's still a great tool.
