I had some problem and needed to contact with the customer service and I was assisted by Zico . The service was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but the team guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. The team was also friendly and patient the whole time. It only took me some time to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without their help

Just got off the chat with Zico who helped me figure out why I was having an issue with a failed order. In less then 5 minutes he had it all figured out and the issue was resolved. This was the first time I contacted dsers support and I was very skeptical about whether I would get an answer. This skepticism was unfounded, because I received a response from Kimi very quickly and was absolutely delighted. He helped me a lot and the error was then fixed.
