I'm currently using a free plan. It was recommended to me by a dropshipping educator, and I could easily understand why it's a great choice. I needed some customer support because of the Chinese New Year, and Ralla has been helpful and answered all my questions. As my store grows, I will upgrade my plan. Ralla was patient, kind, and a lifesaver! I signed up for Shopify/ DSers only a week ago, and had a lot of questions. I used the FB Messenger Chat option and had a quick reply in under a minute. I even left her hanging for 30 minutes while I was at work and she stayed with me the whole time until every question was thoroughly answered. She offered to log into my account to try and figure out the problems herself and sent detailed screenshots with bright red arrows and boxes to clearly show how to fix the issues.
