The app works pretty well, but even the best run into issues. A supplier had run out of stock during order fulfillment. I contacted their support and Lydia really helped me to get things back on track. Lydia communicated clearly, provided great screenshots, and even helped me get my product variant remapped. Highly recommended!

Chloe was very helpful and I am very happy with her help. I was very nervous to try to cancel and issue the refund for the first time, but she walked me through all the instructions with kindness and help me feel comfortable using this system for the first time.
