Anytime I am having trouble with DSers I reach out via live chat. I always receive answers and solutions to my questions or problems. I've never had a situation go unresolved. Today, I had trouble with mapping... it would not work on my end. Ralla helped me the best they could. Through screenshots and messaging we finally had resolution and fixed the problem.
