I was Hesitant to ask for help via email but im so glad i asked for help. I had the greatest support representative named LENA that knew everything that i had to do to fix my problem. She honestly can be called the support Expert the way she executed my problem i had with fulfilments. Thank You again LENA you made my day run smoother.

Very very satisfied and happy with the customer service rep, Blanca, who helped me today. Blanca was able to quickly understand my problem and provide a solution that wouldve otherwise caused me a lot of manual work and liabilities (PayPal tracking orders & charge backs).
