I had a really positive experience with the DSers customer service team today, especially thanks to Cyril. She pointed out on had DSers open order word, and Cyril was very knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire conversation.

I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to dropshipping and how to get that set up. DSers messenger featured connected me with an agent who walked me through what to do to set up, mapped it for me, and how to connect accounts/applications. DSers messenger feature was patience and answered all my questions for several hours. Time well spent since it was clear as day when I got done.

Best option and specifications have been removed from DSers. After three months of using DSers, they decided to remove Temu from the app — which my entire business depends on. This decision is seriously damaging my business.

WTF, Now, product importing is limited to only two of the worst suppliers, Alibaba and AliExpress. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. i cant find another app like it to import my product from this app
