Voglio lasciare una recensione davvero meritata per l’operatore di supporto di DSers che mi ha aiutato. L’assistenza è stata rapida, professionale e incredibilmente efficace. Fin dal primo messaggio ho ricevuto risposte chiare, precise e soprattutto utili per risolvere il mio problema.

L’operatore ha dimostrato grande competenza sulla piattaforma, guidandomi passo dopo passo con pazienza e disponibilità. Anche davanti a una situazione un po’ complessa, è riuscito a trovare la soluzione in tempi brevi, spiegando tutto in modo semplice e comprensibile.

Quello che mi ha colpito di più è stata l’attenzione verso il cliente: non solo ha risolto il problema, ma si è anche assicurato che tutto funzionasse perfettamente prima di chiudere la chat. Un livello di assistenza davvero raro.

Consiglio vivamente DSers anche per la qualità del loro supporto clienti. Se tutti gli operatori sono come lui/lei, l’esperienza utente è davvero di alto livello. Servizio impeccabile!

The customer service was excellent. I had a problem when a customer placed two separate orders on Shopify. The data transferred to Dsers was corrupted. I contacted Dsers support. In just 15 minutes, with meticulous guidance, my problem was solved. Before that, I had spent two days struggling with it myself. Thank you very much, Dsers.

Franchement j’étais complètement bloqué… j’arrivais pas du tout à connecter mon nouveau magasin alors que j’avais encore des commandes en attente, un vrai casse tête

Heureusement Teresa de l’équipe DSERS est intervenue et là gros soulagement. Elle a été super patiente, elle a pris le temps de tout m’expliquer calmement et surtout elle m’envoyait des screens à chaque étape pour me montrer exactement quoi faire, ça m’a vraiment aidé.

J’étais un peu perdu au début mais sa méthode était claire et rassurante. Au final tout fonctionne nickel maintenant, donc un grand merci à elle service vraiment au top et réactif
