So I was completely lost with processing orders and apps being synced and with a simple and quick online chat session it was all corrected, synced, and thoroughly explained. So incredibly helpful!!!! I hate auto chat bots which is what expected and that wasn't the case at all. I wish I knew who helped me so I could send a thank you gift!

I'm very new to drop shipping and ordered a test product to try to figure out how it all works. Of course, I messed it up! Glad to be learning on my own order instead of someone else's. I did the chat and Aimee was a tremendous help. She was kind, patient, and offered screenshots and explanations that were very helpful. She also was very positive and encouraging.

I’ve been using the app for sometime. Almost a year. And while I haven’t starting selling I’ve found the app really easy to use. The functionality is great. I’ve learned so much since I initially installed the app and am discovering new features and resources all this time. I’ve had to reach out to support a few times and their customer server agents are really amazing. They are very patient and knowledgeable. Problems are fixed in just a couple mins so you can move on with your day. Today I spoke with Wendy. She was great! I’m able to keep the chat window open and so I can get help quickly. I’m looking forward to my workday with DSERS today and I know that Wendy will be there if I need her. Thanks Wendy!!
