Adele was so helpful! I asked so many questions and was confusing myself but Adele was very patient with me and just kept explaining everything for me. We went back and forth for about 1.5 hours trying to get stuff fixed and just explaining stuff to me. Very very helpful! It's been a very long time since I had that great of service. Keep up the good work and give this person a bonus for their outstanding customer service!
