Wow! I have spent an hour with Chrissy from DSers customer service chat. I must have asked her hundreds of questions I had about not just DSers platform but also Aliexpress. She went far and beyond to help me understand how everything works. All the answers to my questions ( which I searched all over YouTube and reddit) were answered by her in the last hour. I've never experienced such great customer service from a product. Wow. I am so glad I signed up with them. Thank you Chrissy!

I am not the easiest guy to just take instruction when I am frustrated. But, Vivian understood my frustration and dealt with me in a calm, professional manner. Better yet she explained things to me in a way that made sense. She helped me complete an order to successful conclusion. And it was more than that, she also was able to explain the confusing mapping procedure and other concepts. Vivian was knowledgable and extremely helpful. She was great!

I had a problem today with my Shopify store when connecting to Dsers, I contacted their support and luckily for me I got connected to Luna, I explained my problem and in a couple of minutes she informed me with the steps needed to fix my problem, and then I repeated what exactly what I will to confirm my understanding of the solution, she confirmed and I followed her instruction and in a matter of a minute I was able to log in again to my account, Luna was very helpful, supportive and she even did follow up with me to make sure that my problem is solved, thank you Luna for your amazing support.
