Still trying to figure out the app and all it's functions so will KIV with a 4star rating for now. So far the customer chat service has been quite prompt and helpful, that's one of the plus point for me so far.

So far the AliExpress app is working better than some other apps out there. The customer service is great. Amity just helped me map out a product and answered another question I had and showed me pictures along the way. I would suggest though that the customer service agents ask clarifying questions instead of assuming. For example, I was trying to save the mapping but was getting an error, instead of asking how far I've gotten in the process, Amity assumed I didn't know how to do it at all.

Great service, thanks to Ruby for helping me out, nontheless, the problem DSERS had of not making some orders was really bad, i made some orders and they all worked, but then i realize that the order has been made but i had no tracking number on them, so when i check it its bc dsers didnt made the order to alixpress, without telling me.

This app was a take over for Oberlo which I loved, I think there can be some improvements like being able to change the address/customer information before sending the order fulfilment request. It's still a little buggy and you have to open the app manually to fulfil orders unlike Oberlo that was just 1 click fulfilment. The app on shopify is not great in the mobile view if you are working on your phone just a heads up, but overall, its very similar to Oberlo which was great and the customer service is excellent, quick responses and Krystal helped me out recently. All in all, its a good app to get up and running for importing products from aliexpress without breaking the bank. I'd recommend to anyone starting their e-com journey.

Despite being a member using the free version of Dsers I was grateful to find that the support are extremely helpful when it comes to any issues you may have ,
When I Contacted support I was quickly connected to Ralla who was happy to guide me through all of the questions and issues that I had and even Provided visual examples for things that were not easy to understand which was greatly appreciated especially for me as a visual learner Excellent support staff from my experience and Ralla deserves 5 stars .

The only change I would make to give Dsers 5 stars would be a change to the imports pages user interface
Currently the imports page only displays pricing in USD this adds extra steps for Store admins that do not sell to the usa
Simple fix would be forcing the imports page to use the currency selected in the associated AliExpress account
