Raphael was awesome. He was more than helpful and stayed with me until he was sure I was able to accomplish what I set out to do on Dsers. I hope Dsers hires more representatives like Raphael. He's knowledgeable about the products and provides screenshots as well as instructions.

Raphael, is what customer service representatives should be, Dsers should pay him more, and have him train customer service representatives.

Sandy was very helpful in resolving my issue today I am so happy with the outcome after getting in contact. She was efficient and her problem solving skills were great as I wasn't sure if the explanation of my issue would be understood, indeed she understood and was able to provide a good solution. I recently reached out to DSers customer support regarding how to map a supplier or change an existing supplier for my products. The support agent, Adele, was prompt in their response and guided me through the process efficiently. However, I still had some confusion about switching suppliers for a product that had already been listed. A clearer step-by-step guide or walkthrough would be helpful in understanding the process of supplier mapping, especially when switching to a new supplier. Overall, Adele was helpful and professional.
