DSers helped me today to re-install the app on my browser to fix an issue I was having importing products from AliExpress to my Shopify store, Fashion NetClub. I had an issue after accidentally deleting my Shopify account, and all my DSers product mappings with AliExpress were disconnected. Tina was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process.

Heureusement Teresa de l’équipe DSERS est intervenue et là gros soulagement. Elle a été super patiente, elle a pris le temps de tout m’expliquer calmement et surtout elle m’envoyait des screens à chaque étape pour me montrer exactement quoi faire, ça m’a vraiment aidé.
J’étais un peu perdu au début mais sa méthode était claire et rassurante. Au final tout fonctionne nickel maintenant, donc un grand merci à elle service vraiment au top et réactif
